Hosts very friendly and helpful. Location is good: 15min walk to center, 15 min walk to train station. Relatively quiet area. Flat was well equipped: stove, micro, washing machine, fridge, cutlery and dishes, coffee maker, kettle etc. Sofa converts into a double bed. Works ok, only bed sags a bit in the middle. Hot water ok. TV with multiple channels. Supermarket and bakery around the corner. We had an excellent lunch at restaurant Le Clopoing (fish), but do reserve. They are open like 1,5 hours for lunch and same for dinner. Menu depends on what is fresh from the market.

The sofa bed is not ideal, but it worked ok.

Le studio au rez de chaussée donne sur une avenue très fréquentée. Bien que l'isolation phonique soit bonnes, dès que l'on ouvre les fenêtres, c'est problématique. Par ailleurs, la cour à l'arrière du studio est en mauvais état. Dommage on aurait pu en faire un lieu sympa. Le canapé-lit aurait besoin que le matelas soit changé. Plus d'ustensiles de cuisine seraient les bienvenus.

Die Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Fährhafen ist optimal. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, praktisch und funktional. Check-in und -out waren problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Good location

ALL the walls were covered in mold, it was extremely cold and moist inside (the apartment is not designed for winter, because it doesn’t provide enough heating), during the night it was very cold and in the morning all the walls were covered in water, the shower room’s walls were black in all corners due to the mold. The smell of the mold hit me as soon as we entered the apartment. As a result— came back to my country sick, because of the mold in the apartment.
