It was a lot bigger than it looked from the outside. Very pleasantly surprised. Tastefully decorated throughout and very clean and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped and lovely to see some food items there as a just in case. Loved the decor and ornaments. Felt very homely.

Clean and well-presented; good facilities; helpful neighbour; central location, but little traffic
Very mixed experience of customer service (in terms of replies to my emails). Sometimes good, but sometimes frustrating. In fact before our arrival I found the service was so non-helpful it made me wonder if the property would turn out to be a scam.
Hence a property that deserves at least 9/10 gets only 7/10 from me.
Thankfully it did improve; but a little more training in customer service skills might help.
