Great location across the street from the water.
A bit noisy. Other tenants were above us. It is a deck area and all the noise was loud in our room. All at 10:30 and later at night.

This was a beautiful studio apartment type flat with its own kitchenette, washer and everything. The location was perfect; it was right next to the waterfront and one of the main public piers. Normally, once a year, I stay at a hotel in the area as my father is located in town but this came up cheaper and was a much nicer option in the end. I was extremely happy with my lodging :)
If you want me to grumble about something, the only thing I got is the bathroom fan. It was not possible to turn on the bathroom light without turning on the fan and the fan was obnoxiously loud. Otherwise, I have no complaints at all.
