Aetheria Luxury Villa

Mikaela, the host, was excellent at sorting out the transfer from the airport right through the gate where she was awaiting our arrival to give us an informative tour and hand over the keys. The temperature in the villa was well controlled through excellent air conditioning. We were impressed by the stunning interior design of the villa with so many well-thought-out details, such as the ice machine and well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the villa incredibly well soundproofed. The outdoor pool area is incredible and one of the highlights as well as the stunning views out over the sea, especially at sunset. The nearest village, Kalithes, is a 10-minute walk away, offering excellent bakeries, some restaurants, and a supermarket. Faliraki is a 20-25 minute walk down the hill however, there is electric scooters and bikes available nearby using an easy app, which allows you to get there and back in less than 10 minutes. As a group of 6 we felt we didn't need a car as nearby towns were easily walkable as well as the bikes and scooters and the very reasonably priced taxi service. Overall this is an incredibly well connected spacious villa with stunning views and architecture and we cant reccomend it enough to future guests

The nearby dogs are rather loud and bark aggressively every time you walk past as well as the neighbour's dogs, which was very irritating, especially when trying to keep noise down on the way back from the excellent nightlife in Faliraki.

Everything about the property was first class. View was great! The pool area was exceptionally clean as was the pool. This is a high end top grade villa with an interior to match. Very light inside. The team who greeted us were always on hand to answer questions for us. Would definitely recommend this place and I hope we come back in the future as the villa made the holiday for us.
