Paradise Pointe Pool Lodge by Beyond Expectations

I loved this property. Everything it said it had we had the pleasure of enjoying. I would say, if I knew this home was in the mountains I would have missed out on a great experience. This property offers a beauty that could not have been brought. The views were amazing. The kids loved the pool, with the television, and lights. We played pool and enjoyed the movie theater. The furniture in the movie theater could be updated as a few of the chairs were worn and hard to recliner and put back into position but we were still able to enjoy. Wash and dryer was definitely an asset that we used during our vacation. The open concept of the kitchen, dining area, and living area was beneficial for our group of sixteen. Loved the fact that the grill had gas and we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and I loved the queen bunk beds. We had more than enough space for our group to be comfortable. The fire pit was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed making smores. Free Wi-Fi. The host was pretty quick in getting back to me when I had questions. It was about 30 minutes from the main strip of Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg.

The reception for phone calls inside the rooms were poor. Not enough towels and wash clothes. It took a while for a load of clothes to dry in the drier but those were small things compared to The beauty that this property offered.

We absolutely loved the pool and everything and how much room the cabin had for our small family trip. The pool table and hot tub were also a big hit.

The gas for the grill was completely empty. There wasn't really anything we didn't like, however, it would be nice to have some small things available for the stay such as basic coffee supplies and maybe at least some salt and pepper spices in the kitchen! Also maybe some wood for the fire pit if you have one available. We didn't realize there wouldn't be any as the last cabin we rented had some wood available so had to make a separate trip back out to get some! Otherwise cabin was nice and nicely decorated w a tree for Christmas!

The house and views are beautiful. The rooms are large, clean and very well equipped.

The location is nice, but the entire driveway and parking area are on a steep slope. None of the grass around the cabin was cut even though it is a dog friendly property. Everything was overgrown. The indoor pool was not heated and stayed ice cold the entire time.
