Property getting a little tired,probably could do with some redecoration but absolutely fine for me.

I liked the location to the town and to the events I came to enjoy like the train and ferry
I wasn't aware I was on the top floor which was a challenge given my recent hip operation and there was no parking so I had to park a fair way up townstall road.

Great location yards from the water, M&S (!), and the town.
Well equipped kitchen with plenty of kit, and fridge.
Lovely balcony, table and chairs.
Be warned, 3rd floor with no lift, might be an issue for some.
Freezer compartment needs defrosting.
There is limited parking on site, but you can park on road nearby between 4pm and 11am free of charge if you play the system well. (it's 2 hours max between 9am and 6pm.)

Good location jut a few minutes walk from the centre of Dartmouth. The price was very competitive. View of the river from the balcony between the two buildings in front.
Decoration somewhat tired. TV apps dropping out due to broadband speed and load. Dartmouth is a challenging place to park, although in March the nearby paid car park had plenty of spaces overnight, although it soon filled up in the morning. Four hour limit during the day.
