The entrance stairway was very dirty and needed redecorating. The flat itself was brilliant in every way! Only down side of course is all those stairs!

Good location jut a few minutes walk from the centre of Dartmouth. The price was very competitive. View of the river from the balcony between the two buildings in front.
Decoration somewhat tired. TV apps dropping out due to broadband speed and load. Dartmouth is a challenging place to park, although in March the nearby paid car park had plenty of spaces overnight, although it soon filled up in the morning. Four hour limit during the day.
