The view is spectacular and the location perfect to watch the waves for surfing.
Needs a good clean especially the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Frying pans and cutting boards are sticky. Stove knobs oily.
One bed old, needs new linen.
Lots of damp Mould around base of beds and bottom of curtains.
