服務人員都很親切，還有免費的洗衣機烘衣機提供使用，早餐也很棒

飯店設備簡單、時尚，重點打掃得非常乾淨；早餐以中式餐點為主，並有西式麵包與鬆餅，樣式豐富頗美味且每日會有些許的調整；服務人員從經理至櫃台服務人員都十分年輕且富服務熱情；每日提供免費的洗衣、烘衣服務，服務人員還會將烘好的衣服送到房間，拿到手時還熱呼呼的，真是舒服極了！
這次入住家人們被照顧得非常好，例如店經理幫忙介紹土樓一日遊行程，我們玩得非常愉快；因虹霞颱風導致得滯留廈門，飯店經理還協助我們船票候補；離店當天下大雨，飯店服務人員還主動協助提行李、幫家人撐傘，如此視客猶親的服務，真讓遊客備感溫馨....以後不管誰要來廈門，我們一定大推這間超讚的旅店！

The staffs both young girls and boys are kind friendly n they even extended their service in laundry when it was crowded. The breakfast meal are wide spread in quality n quantity .. kitchen helpers n housekeepers are kind n friendly too
The location is “isolated”to find on arrival
day n we were advised on “proper address in Chinese”

Staffs are very friendly n kind .. to an extent help us to book tickets n laundry when it was crowded n make sure it was ready for us as per instruction.
Location .. some day DD driver could not find the exact location
