Оценка дана, исходя из следующих фактов. Хозяин предоставил четкие инструкции по заселению, любезно оставил открытыми ворота и включил свет для того, чтобы было легче найти дом. Чисто в комнатах, есть фильтр с питьевой водой, кухня со всем необходимым, комнаты небольшие, но изолированные, кондиционеры установлены только в спальнях.
Дом находится недалеко от аэропорта, но в таком районе, куда поедет не каждое такси (учли это и договорились заранее на выезд в аэропорт); нет горячей воды, нет постельного белья, сифон в умывальнике сломан и содержимое выливается прямо под ноги (предусмотрены вьетнамки из-за лужи на полу), умывальник не очень чистый.
