Beachfront 7 Penthouse

Excellent location. Well renovated apartment

Loxation was great facilties amazing very clean and well organised

The beds were a little uncomfortable (hard)

Location was brilliant. Dining table was awesome for sunny breakfasts. Clean and comfortable beds.

Mould on curtains, chopping boards, in fridge /freezer seals. Dishes weren't all clean. Created a sense of concern so spent first 1-2 hrs cleaning / washing

The property is pretty clean, well presented and comfortable, close to the beach and the Sawtell Township. We were able to walk everywhere. Images of the beaches included with this review. The area is absolutely stunning.

This property was marketed as a ‘penthouse’, with room for 7. Imaging and wording all indicates that we would have access to the total property. See images below. The lounge image clearly shows stairs to an upper area. Disappointingly, on arrival we discovered there was in fact no access to the upper area, which was clearly depicted in the photos. The lower level living area is quite small and not at all ‘penthouse-ish’. It would be a tight fit if you had 7 staying here, without the access to the upper level. I believe the manner in which this property was marketed is deceptive. I sent an email to the real estate agent about this, but did not hear back.
