La posizione è eccellente. Dalla centralissima Ottiolu abbiamo esplorato tutta la costa sarda da Porto San Paolo a Capo Comino (Porto Taverna, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, L'Isuledda, Agrustos, Budoni, La Caletta, Le Dune di Capo Comino, solo per citarne alcune): 40 km di costa bellissima. Anche la spiaggia di Ottiuolu, che si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti, è molto bella.
La struttura è basica e gli accessori in dotazione minimali (mancno appendini, il phon, ecc.). Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Noi avevamo prenotato l'appartamento 4, al primo piano, con un balcone grande e tavolo per mangiare fuori. Molto arioso e luminoso.
Al check-in ci hanno consigliato ristoranti, pizzerie e locali che abbiamo trovato molto buoni: ottimi consigli.
Il gestore (il numero di telefono presente su Booking) risponde poco e in ritardo al telefono. Prima di arrivare non sono riuscito a contattarlo e ho duvuto madare un messaggio WhatsApp al quale ha risposto dopo 2 giorni. Sul loro portale WEB (portoottioluaffitti.it) c'è un altro numero (+39 328 786 3833) al quale risponde una collaboratrice, molto più celere.
Hanno un loro portale prenotazioni dove ricopiano le prenotazioni di Booking: con me hanno sbagliato a ricopiare la data di check-out e questo ha creato non poche "incomprensioni". Anche alcuni servizi inclusi nel pacchetto Booking all'inizio pensavano fossero da pagare a parte, come l'aria condizionata (portatevi la stampa della prenotazione Booking per fargli vedere tutto quello che è incluso)

Very polite lady on chech in and out. Groun floor of the house, clean living room, bedroom and bathroom. Part of the house yard, good for outdoor meals. Parking spot for the car in yard, very important.
Some thing are basic, should not be questioned. The lack of soap and toilet paper is unacceptable. Also having a hairdryer and iron would be nice.

Дуже сподобалось місцерозташування, чарівне містечко Порто Оттіолу, до пляжа (який не гірше платних) 5 хв пішки. Сподобалось, що апартаменти доволі просторі і є тераса.
Перебої з гарячою водою. Три рази за 9 днів не змогли помитись. Надмірно велика увага сортуванню сміття. Навіть якщо ви сортуєте коректно і готові притримуватись графіку вивезення сміття, то будьте готові щодня доводити і відчитуватись що ви все робите правильно. І останнє, найбольніше, нас звинуватили в тому, до чого ми не були причетні. Так що рекомендую в перший день при заїзді знімати всі дефекти, які наявні в приміщенні, щоб потім не доводити, що це не ви.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich ideal – sehr zentral gelegen, mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Perfekt, um Sardinien flexibel zu erkunden und trotzdem die Nähe zum Meer zu genießen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Trotz unseres sehr kurzfristigen Check-ins verlief alles völlig reibungslos und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war außerdem äußerst sauber und gepflegt – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt.
Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit großartigem Service – wir kommen gerne wieder!
Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag auf hohem Niveau wäre die Küchenausstattung, die etwas umfangreicher sein könnte. Außerdem hatten wir einmal kurzzeitig kein warmes Wasser, doch das Problem wurde umgehend und sehr professionell behoben.
