Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. I recommend choosing a room with windows, but even without one, it’s still a great experience. The hotel is located inside Jungceylon Mall in Phuket, which is very convenient—especially in the morning when it’s so hot outside. You can walk through the air-conditioned mall, enjoy a coffee or breakfast in comfort, and then continue through the mall toward Bangla Road and on to Patong Beach.

Kaldığım oda geniş ferah ve aydınlıktı (delux çift kişilik oda)(dikkat: en ekonomik odalar penceresiz) Konumu mükemmel, Jangceylon alışveriş merkezinin içinde*, ulaşımı çok kolay**, Banglaroad'un hemen yakınında ama gürültüden de uzak. *Sıcağın bastırdığı öğlen saatlerinde otelden çıkıp serin mekanlarda yemek yemeniz, alışveriş yapmanız, bir şeyler içmeniz ve masaj yaptırmanız mümkün. **Konumu itibari ile havaalanı ulaşımında taksi kullanmak zorunda değilsiniz, Patong'daki yegane iki otobüs durağı da (biri geliş diğeri gidiş için) otelin yakınında, bavullarla bile ulaşım sıkıntı değil.

Wifi bağlantısı yavaş ve kararsızdı, bazen bağlantı kopuyor ve tekrar bağlanmanızı gerektiriyordu. Odada sigara, uyuşturucu, esrar içilmez tabelasına alkolü de dahil etmişlerdi (resepsiyon sözlü olarak odada bira içilebildiğini söyledi ama odada/otelde şişe açacağı yoktu (Tayland'da daha önce şişe açacağı olmayan odaya denk geldiğimi hatırlamıyorum :() Yatak çok sertti.

The hotel was cleaned well as well as the room. The cleaners were really friendly and welcoming. The reception staff ladies were really nice and friendly. It's right in the middle of the shopping centre if that's your kind of thing but not mine. Rooms are spacious. Lift was reliable. Fridge. Free bottles of water.

I didn't really like the location, it took a while getting to the hotel as I walked to the beach a lot. I wasn't interested in the shopping centre - I only had to book this hotel last minute as my original one cancelled and gave me laterally no notice. This hotel is pretty expensive for 3 star. The corridors are dilapidated. There's no windows in the room. The shower area and bed covers have some marks. The worst thing is the noise - absolute atrocious. The walls are like cardboard - you can hear everything if you have noisy neighbours. I had about 3 nights where some family checked in at 11pm and continued to shout at each other until the morning. Then another night some couple came back probably from Bangla Road at 3am and shouted at each other all night. the good thing was when I complained to reception, they immediately took action and the noises stopped. Anyway I wouldn't stay hear again, I'm surprised no one else in the reviews has mentioned the walls, they must all be heavy sleepers!
