The location was perfect, we went to the theater and dinner within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.
There wasnt an elevator so the stairs took us by surprise and it could have used room darkening curtains. These werent things that would keep me from staying there again it really was a beautiful apartment.

Omg the host was awesome! The communication was spot on, the last minute accommodation was granted . I couldn’t have asked for a better host and picked a better place to stay. Would highly recommend 10/10

If you're going to the Peoria Civic center, the location is great. It's a very nice, small studio apartment. It is perfect for people traveling by themselves or for a couple.
Since I was only staying for one night, the cleaning fee was really high. Now, I knew this going in so it wasn't a surprise. If you stayed more than one night that would reduce the effective cleaning fee, but I only needed it for one night.
