BOOK AT OWN RISK! Desc and photos are false! No kitchen. Damp, smelly, grubby. Unresponsive owners

Great location. Near centre, near supermarket, near Legoland and Lego House. Convenient parking.

The description and photos are not accurate. There is no fully functioning kitchen, only an electric kettle and fridge. The bathroom is small. A toilet, small sink and stand up shower in narrow space in the eaves.The house smells of damp and is pretty grubby. Bedding is polyester and towels are hand towel sized. We contacted the owners by phone and message on arrival but they have not responded. We decided not to stay as this is not an acceptable property. Booking.com customer service have not handled this well. Booking.com say they need the owners to initiate a refund which I doubt they will. We will probably have to get the credit card company involved for a refund. There is a narrow spiral staircase on entry so anyone with mobility issues will struggle. Poor experience, badly managed by Booking.com customer service.

We just wanted a quick overnight stay before going to Legoland, and this met our requirements well. The beds were comfy, location is convenient, and it has a parking space. Right next door to a decent supermarket.

There's a spiral staircase which was a bit tricky with suitcases. We didn't need them, but there aren't any cooking facilities just a kettle and fridge (along with bowls, plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery) meaning no functionality to make a meal.

Location to Lego House was great!

We did not have wifi for the first day of our stay. It did get reset by day two. The shower head burst off the shower the first use and a new shower head was left at the door on day two which I installed. And someone entered the room at 6:30am and tugged at the blanket but had no idea who. Messaged the owner and did not get a reply until after we left. Also it was advertised as an apartment. It was two rooms and the tiniest bathroom ever. No kitchen or room for a table and chairs. Not practical for a family. I booked an apartment expecting to be able to make meals.

Zapach, drewniany domek w którym było chłodno, kaloryfery na zero, czuć było wilgoć dopiero po rozkręceniu kaloryferów po pewnym czasie zrobiło się cieplej.
