Fabulous Location, great views, well appointed property
Couple of fans would be good to cool the bedrooms - top bedroom was particularly warm. EV drivers beware there are no high-speed charging points in Kingswear (nearest in Paignton).

Location was perfect. Very close to the Dartmouth ferry but quiet and peaceful with beautiful views across the estuary. Cottage very comfortable and clean with everything you could need.
