Extra touches in the kitchen i.e. glad wrap, foil, pens and pencils and writing paper. Things for the kids, toys and DVD's. The place was very clean and very well equipped.
The key was not in the lock box when we arrived, but that was remedied quickly when I wrote to the host. The front security door and the front door were tricky to lock. There was no room to park under the carport as there was a trailer and a ping pong table. Would have been nice to be undercover while loading and unloading the car when it rained.

The property is located in a convenient location. Good-sized lounges, bedrooms, and a nice kitchen with all the required amenities. Lots of activities inside the house and outdoors. Nice and clean house.
A bit aggressive check-in and check-out time. The beds could be a bit better. I wish both toilets were accessible for everyone since we were 10 and 7 were sharing 1 toilet/bath.
