Sencillo, limpio,y confortable, disponía de todo lo necesario para una estancia adecuada.

Easy walking location from train station and to numerous restaurants. The space heater was helpful since it was rainy and cold during our stay and the heater in the bedroom only supplies that area.

This place appears to be part of a corporation with multiple sites in Merida and around Spain. My hunch is that "help" is AI generated and unlikely to be useful in an emergency. The door system does not work until 2 pm and we got wet in a cold rain waiting for the last 10 minutes to pass. I wish entry information had been sent the day before when we still had internet access. This business assumes all guests have internet and phone usage all the time but we didn't. We also received a bizarre message after we arrived about an upgrade to our reservation. The two apartments are side by side and are nearly identical. If anything the one we reserved was nicer but this is nitpicking. I wouldn't have known the difference or complained and this last minute explanation didn't impress me. In the long run, I prefer a real person and face to face conversation.

Lo bien que estaba el piso, limpio y con todo por si queríamos cocinar o desayunar: sartenes, tostadora, microondas, hervidor de agua... De todo!

Lo único que le falta es una mesita delante del sofá para poder apoyar las cosas como un vaso o el mando de la tele

Por dentro era bonito y estaba bien para dos personas para unos días

Tenía varias humedades y se notaba que era un trastero/garaje hecho apartamento turístico.
