The location is great, staff is helpful however they need to be a little more vigilant towards the upkeep of the property. The room I was given reeked of strong cigarette odour, the floor was burnt at places, bathroom fittings were broken.

Good size room and comfortable bed .

The restaurant on the 8th floor of the building is very good with reasonable prices.
The hotel stated close to Victoria monument , it’s about 1 kilometre , so no point trying to walk it with luggage .
The hotel is on the 7th floor of a high rise building housing various businesses . It’s not in the best of areas ,sited close to motorway over passes so there are no where to wander in the evening except for a few basis outdoor food/ tea stalls
The hotels policy to charge 1000 rupees for 4 hour late check out is excessive. I ask if I could sit for an hour in reception to do some computer work but was told it wasn’t possible . Unfriendly customer service .
