Great location - easy walk to multiple metro stations, gare du nord and gare de l'est. Busy and vibrant area, but once the front windows were closed, the appartement was so quiet. The apartment was well equipped - dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, portable aircon unit, fans, iron. For a Paris appartement, it was pretty spacious. Very secure. Easy check-in.
The apartment was advertised with having a TV, but it didn't, while this wasn't a problem, it would have been nice, as the Tour de France was taking place. We walked to Montmartre to watch the final stage and soak up the atmosphere, and found an Irish pub showing the Euro's final.
