Vlasnik je 15.min.pre ulaska u apartman,zamenio taj sa svojim 2.apartmanom"Dunja",koji je bio u uzasnom stanju,prljav,star,pun starudije i prljavstine.Navodno je pukla cev i nije bilo vode u apartmanu "Dunja i Petar".Nije bilo ni parkinga,vec smo se parkirali u ulazu u podzemnu garazu,gde je svako mogao da nas udari i ogrebe.A uredno nam je naplatio 4000 din.Sramota.Totalno razocarenje.Na zidu uramljene ocene smestaja oko 9,5.A ovo je sramota.

Lep i funkcionalan apartman

Apartman je veoma lepo uređen, funkcionalan. Kreveti su udobni. Kuhinja opremljena. Dočekalo nas je u frižideru hladno osveženje: sok, vino, voda. Posteljina i peškiri izuzetno čisti. Osvetljenje na plafonu, uveče daje prelepu svetlost. Terasa je lepa.

Malo smo teže našli zgradu, pošto je novogradnja, pa se više objekata vodi sa tim brojem. Iznenadila me je molba (napisana u kupatilu na nalepnici), da sami skinemo posteljinu i peškire koje smo koristili i odložimo u korpu za veš! Ne sviđa mi se što su u kupatilu bili već korišćeni sapuni. Veliko, lepo ogledalo u dnevnoj sobi je imalo na sebi otiske dečjih šaka-nije bilo obrisano od prošlih gostiju.

Za jednu noc koliko smo proveli (tranzit ka Grckoj), skroz ok. Opremljeno, cisto, ok komunikacija sa vlasnikom.

Приветливый хозяин, встретил лично, все показал. Хорошо оснащенная кухня, чистая ванная.

Очень жёсткие подушки и матрацы, колоссальная слышимость в доме, слышно даже, как разговаривают соседи, почти всю ночь играла музыка из кафе рядом. Т.к. единственной целью - было выспаться, нам, к сожалению, это не удалось.

Centar grada, parking, kuhinja i kupatilo kompletno opremljeni, higijena solidna, vlasnik korektan i tačan, cena povoljn

Objekat se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, na 3 minuta pešaka od centra grada, u stambenoj zgradi koja poseduje svoj parking koji nije ograđen, prilaz zgradi nije građevinski završen. U objektu ima svega što se tiče potrebe za privremeni smeštaj, osim papuča koje su već korišćene (nisu jednokratne). Higijena je solidna i to treba poboljšati. Vlasnik je korektan i tačan. Finansijska naknada je prihvatljiva za ponuđeni sadržaj. Verovatno ćemo se vratiti.

Domacin ljubazan preduzimljiv,lako je bilo dogovoriti se za sve i lako je bilo za naci apartman. u samom centru grada. sve mi je bilo na dohvat ruke nisam isla kolima, auto bio parkiran u garazi sve obezbedjeno i sigurno. bas sve za pohvalu.Rodom sam iz Vranje dugo nisam bila ovde,dosta se izmenilo ovaj kompleks zgrada gde je apartman je fenomenalan sve novo. I na kraju sam dobila i dorucak gratis. Domacin castio. Moje Vranje.!!!!

Nema nedostataka, cak i terasa lepa za svoje potrebe. popila sam jutarnju kaficu, pogled je bio fenomenalan.
