Appartamento situato in una casa appena fuori dal.centro di Lanciano, ma raggiungibile.in neamche 5 min a piedi. Possibilià di parcheggiare la.macchina vicino gratis. Appartamento molto carino e ben arredato al piano terra con giardinetto davanti, nuovo, moderno, comodo e accogliente. Tutto molto curato, cucina attrezzata anche con macchina del caffè e lavastoviglie. Letto comodo con TV in camera. Riscaldamento autonomo e wi-fi Bagno ampio, ristrutturato, con una bella.doccia grande. Tutto di buon gusto. Il proprietario Luca molto gentile e premuroso, ci ha anche fatto trovare le cualde del caffé..
Mancava un attaccapanni per i cappotti e almeno un armadio un poʻ più spazioso dove mettere I vestiti.
