The location was excellent for me. Once I got into the property and found my room I was happy
The window curtain in the ceiling would not stay up. The sheets did not fit the bed properly. The door handle was loose on the door and looked like it might fall off. The bathroom sink was not clean.

Good value. Room was nice.
Bad smell in the kitchen and toilet. Kitchen and toilet needs regular cleaning. Stairs are also very dirty.
