El departamento tenía vista al mar y el atardecer en el balcón era increíble.
Parte del edificio estaba en construcción y eso no estaba bueno si bien no había ruidos molestos.

Il terrazzino, l'aria condizionata, la tranquillità
La scala a chiocciola per accedere alla struttura, ma soprattutto il frigorifero: è davvero piccolissimo. Soggiornando per 20 giorni le dimensioni sono assolutamente insufficienti per fare la spesa, mettere in fresco acqua e bibite, frutta, carne e quant'altro serva, soprattutto in estate, per pranzare e cenare.
