The cottage is one room with step-down add on ensuite. The property is huge with magnificent old trees and lovely bird life.
Some areas in the room are dark due to lighting only being around the edge of the room. The accommodation was expensive for one room.

The overall amenity and comfort of the cottage. Quiet and peaceful. The proximity of Mari Bruny cafe for really tasty meals.
The other buildings detract from the attractiveness of the cottage.
