Location and communication
Cleanliness. While there appeared to be a surface level clean and bedding was clean, the drains and grout in the showers needed cleaning. There was also layered dust on many surfaces (eg: behind bedroom doors)

The location was very convenient.
One of the bedrooms dint have the air con went. The common bathroom had a water clogging issue. The internet was working intermittently. Also the common bathroom couldn't be locked as the lock was broken.
