Location, pool and the size the outlay of the house.
Floor boards aren’t polished inside which isn’t a nice feeling knowing they can’t be cleaned properly. Some fixtures like door laches don’t work or a door that barely slides on the track.

Has everything you need for a family getaway, from bbq nights, days in the pool & movie nights on Netflix. Short walk ti the water front everything nice and close.

The house and space was amazing. The pool was fantastic.
The pool table needs some TLC. There were also an ants nest in the iron that went off over a dress I had intended to wear to dinner.
