Welcome to BAY 13

The kids would say "POOL GLORIOUS POOL!! The property is a secure place for your vehicles due to what looks like a recently installed private sliding gate. We assume some kind of latch is going to be installed in the near future. We used an Octy strap to secure the gate closed overnight for peace of mind. The living area is upstairs, with approx 16 stairs to climb. Once upstairs, a large living & dining room greets you, with a descent sized kitchen, full size fridge/freezer, stove top, oven & microwave, as well as an air fryer & a full sized Weber BBQ on the very descent sized opened deck! Lovely sea breezes & water views made the deck the place-to-be in the evenings. Also upstairs is a bathroom with a shower tub, separate toilet, 1 queen room, 1 queen room with a single bed & 1 king room. Downstairs, the bedroom has 2 double bed bunks & 4 single bed bunks (all in the same room). There's another full sized fridge/freezer, a shower & toilet combined bathroom, laundry with washer & dryer, living area with a TV & pool table!! Outside, you can't miss the lovely clean saltwater pool, full sized hoist clothesline & firepit! Close to shops, park/playground & very quiet & peaceful. Could have stayed forever!

The eastern doors & windows had no curtains & blinds...the morning sunrise wakes people ( especially in dowstairs bedroom). Not much to fault otherwise... I had to look at a few different websites to work out the bed sizes. Booking.com said the beds were all large double beds ( Bedroom 1 is a king size). We needed to know in order to bring the correct sized sheets ( to save money).

Location, pool and the size the outlay of the house.

Floor boards aren’t polished inside which isn’t a nice feeling knowing they can’t be cleaned properly. Some fixtures like door laches don’t work or a door that barely slides on the track.

Has everything you need for a family getaway, from bbq nights, days in the pool & movie nights on Netflix. Short walk ti the water front everything nice and close.

The house and space was amazing. The pool was fantastic.

The pool table needs some TLC. There were also an ants nest in the iron that went off over a dress I had intended to wear to dinner.
