The location was very good for the area of Pittsburgh I was visiting. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a good diner for breakfast right across the street.
The property could use a facelift. It’s old and outdated. A new coat of paint would help a lot. The bricks on the top right side of the front porch are not attached (I grabbed the wall to steady myself when i got to the top of the steep stairs and it moves). Bathroom is very old, toilet is so low to the ground and the shower leaks. Also there’s a tv but without anything but free streaming services (all the channels are there but aren’t activated/accessible unless the guest has an account).
