This charming condo, located in Copper Mountains East Village, is the perfect getaway for families, groups, and their furry friends. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers a comfortable and inviting space for mountain adventures year-round.
The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached private bathroom, creating a relaxing retreat. The second bedroom is designed with a set of bunk beds, including a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full configuration, and also includes an attached bathroom, making it ideal for children or additional guests.
The open-concept layout includes a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room, perfect for cooking, sharing meals, and unwinding together. A private fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere, providing a warm and inviting space after a day of activities. Guests can also take advantage of the shared outdoor hot tub to relax and rejuvenate. The condo also features a private washer and dryer.
In the winter, the condos location is unbeatable, with the Super Bee Lift, restaurants, ski rental shops, and the tubing hill just a short walk away. During the summer, it is right off the golf course and near walking paths, offering access to hiking, biking, and all the incredible outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

As in your own home, renters are subject to citations for noise violations, etc. handed down by public officials.
