Bed was firm and comfortable. Bed linen was clean.
Very dated and not well maintained. Paint work is scratched/chipped marked.
Rooms opposite alpaca & pony paddocks smelled of manure.

Well-priced accommodation, with a nice, clean room, bed and bathroom.
If I had to cherry pick, the soap was quite low quality (obviously doesn't really matter), and, more annoyingly, there was a lump in the single bed under the fittings, that was kind of disruptive to my sleep.

We loved that it was pet friendly. The price was amazing, and the cheapest we could find in Swan Hill. The room was very warm with the heater. Extra towels were available on request. Far enough from highway to be quiet. Microwave abs toaster handy. Overall, awesome for price, Quiet and convenient.
I guess the room smelled of cigarettes, which could be from people smoking outside, wafting in the window. The heater is noisy but very effective.

It was clean and the location was suitable for what I needed
The hot water didn’t come on in the shower without playing around with the tap and shower it was frustrating
