The rooms are upstairs from a pizzeria. There's good sound and smell isolation, and the restaurant closes fairly early too, so it's not an issue. They had a place for me to store the bicycle inside. The room was spacious and comfortable, with basic amenities, but sufficient for a good night's sleep. The food at the restaurant was very good, and reasonably priced. I paid upfront and was told to just shut the side door when leaving in the morning, since I was leaving before the staff was going to arrive.
The owner didn't speak any English, but we made do with my shreds of German. There was no breakfast.

The location was really good. Krieglach is a lovely town, with good rail connections and lovely walking routes in the valleys.
The rooms are in need of an update. Maybe slightly overpriced.
