Really good value, very happy with my decision to stay here

I was initially a slight bit skeptical as there were not many reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The room very clean, with amazing A/C and was an amazing location. The bed was honestly the comfiest mattress I’ve had in months. Edmar was extremely helpful and I honestly could fault this place. Highly recommend.

Pra começar me senti enganado devido não possuir itens falados no ato da compra, como tv, frigo bar, estacionamento, local não tem serviço de limpeza, rua perigosa estreita risco de baterem em seu carro, , uma fraude, ainda por cima tentei pedir ressarcimento vindo embora antes do término das estadias pagas e o proprietário teve coragem de falar que eu estava agindo de má fé, não indico nem pra ninguém inimigo

Localização

O Banheiro precisa ser melhorado. A água do chuveiro é fraca e sai morna (não quente); a lixeira do banheiro não é aberta com pedal obrigando usar as mãos; os travesseiros duros.

Gostei de praticamente tudo, me senti em casa. Quarto confortável e bem climatizado.

Faltou uma TV pra entretenimento, as ruas em frente eram muito estreitas e havia risco de colisão com o nosso carro estacionado por lá.
