The room I stayed in number 2 .I didn’t use the shared kitchen but like that there was one. I brought snacks and drinks and put them in the mini fridge in my room. Property manger was understanding and kind. Property was quiet.
I didn’t like that the description said there was AC cause I did not have AC in my room (2) maybe other rooms do but there was a box window fan but I couldn’t put it in the window cause the window on the right hand side was broken taped up with plastic and the window in front had no screen and I don’t like bugs so I just sat it in the chair. There was no view of a garden. The grass needs to be cut. The bathroom tub/shower needs to be updated its stained but the bathroom wasn’t clean and smelled good. Didn’t like that the rooms were so close together.

Home shows signs of deferred maintenance.
