Rychlá a jasná komunikace s hostiteli, bezproblémové bezkontaktní předání klíčů. Koupelny byly v pořádku a většina vybavení fungovala, pozitivem byla funkční pračka a myčka. Lokalita je příjemná – v blízkosti několik kaváren, pekáren a menší tržnice v docházkové vzdálenosti.
Fotografie v nabídce ukazují světlý a prostorný apartmán, realita byla tmavší, s minimem přirozeného světla. Apartmán je v rušné ulici, kde je hluk i v noci. Při příjezdu byla na nábytku vrstva prachu, podlaha nebyla čistá a kuchyňské nádobí nebylo dokonale umyté. V horních pokojích byly nepohodlné matrace. Televize byla odpojená a nefungovala. Vzhledem k cenové kategorii bychom očekávali vyšší úroveň čistoty, komfortu a údržby.
