we just needed a bed for the night and thankfully didn't need to spend time in it

good location and instructions to get there apt was clean

says it sleeps 8 which is untrue. it sleeps 6. floors were deadly slippery pillows were cheap and lumpy very expensive for the quality bunk beds are a cheap option. do not suit adults

Location was great, settee and bed was comfortable. Need to do a little bit of work on it to get it up to standard.

The location is excellent. Very modern. Great bathrooms Comfortable beds

Bin wasn’t emptied. Cushions were frayed. No microwave. Stain on the bed sheet. Floors were sticky. Sweet wrappers in the wardrobe. Bedroom side lamp didn’t work. Fridge seal was in need of repair. Balcony was covered in bird mess.

Fantastic host and property. 10/10 if price was a little less and the little issues were corrected.

Everything apart from the couple of issues due to an oversight on some maintenance. The check-in information was above and beyond. The facilities, location and comfort were too.

This is meant as constructive criticism but it's all in the details as they say. It would've been flawless otherwise. The toilet cistern was loose on the wall and the flush button was not meant for that toilet. The balcony doors would not shut due to a broken slide bolt at the top of the door. Being 16 floors up it wasnt an issue but it could've been. No bin bag in the bin and no bin bags available. Other than that,it was fantastic.

Exceptional stay for our young family – highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at the penthouse in Cardiff. Traveling with a young family can be tricky, but this place made everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and clearly well managed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing meals a breeze – a big plus when traveling with kids. Having a Tesco Express just a short walk away was super convenient for grabbing essentials. Parking was also hassle-free thanks to clear instructions provided before arrival. A special mention to Jay, who was incredibly helpful and always available if we had any questions – excellent communication throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Apartment was quite warm so could have benefited from a couple of fans around the place .. also the bunk beds aren’t the comfiest

Beautiful, spacious and clean. Attention to every detail. Check in was very easy and Jay was a gem to deal with. Magnificent views and centrally located. Free underground parking was a welcome bonus!!

El departamento es muy grande y muy cómodo! Tiene unas vistas espectaculares! Una sala de estar para disfrutar y un pequeño balcón! tiene 3 habitaciones super cómodas e independientes!

Tiene dos baños cómodos pero uno de ellos solo tiene ducha de mano, ni siquiera es un problema pero si hubiera algo que perfeccionar sería eso
