The bedroom sliding glass door was very hard and loud to open and the water pressure in bathroom was low

That you had to share pool and washer/dryer with other unit. This was not clear on property description.

Plenty of room, great location, and nice patio.
The down stairs unit needs privacy tinted windows to deck, grill needs replaced, pool needs heated, and entry doors need unit numbers (A,B) the listing should say pool and patio is shared with other unit.
