Clean & newer rooms
Black out curtains did not reach the window sill so it was bright. Loud noises woke us up early. The trundle bed mattress was about 1/2” thick and nothing but springs. Even my light 6 year old was uncomfy

The pool
Check in was at 3 I was supposed to be accommodated with connected rooms that was not fulfilled and I wasn’t able to check in before 5:30 on one of my rooms the staff acted as if she didn’t care bc she was on the phone
