Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Altstadt ( sowie Zentrum, Marktplatz, Rathaus ) ist fußläufig zügig erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe und ein großer Pluspunkt ist der eigne Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Ausstattung und Aufteilung sind ausreichend gut. Der Vermieter hat eine sehr gute Kommunikation und ist stets hilfsbereit, unterstützend und zuverlässig freundlich. Für unsere zwischen Station mit zwei Nächten vollkommen ausreichend. Empfehlenswert. Lidl direkt gegenüber- Pluspunkt.
Im Sommer mussten wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, somit war’s natürlich ziemlich hellhörig, da die Wohnung zentral und in der Nähe der Straße liegt. Die s Bahn ist außerdem bei offenem Fenster wahrzunehmen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist alles okay. Hellhörigkeit ist hier halt ein Thema, ansonsten nichts besonderes.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, direkt an der Altstadt von Meissen, sie war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. De Check in mit Code hat wunderbar funktioniert und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

zentral gelegen sehr schön eingerichtet - alles neu sehr sauber Parkplatz gleich ums Eck Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter
Bahn und Straßengeräusche sind wahrzunehmen - sind aber vertretbar. Treppenflur und Hintereingang (bahnseitig) sind noch renovierungsbedürftig, dort muss noch was passieren… Ingesamt aber ein top Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.
