Da localização,no meio da Avenida monte verde,é só deixar o carro na garagem e ir curtir um bom passeio sem se preocupar em procurar estacionamento,a casa oferece toda infraestrutura necessária,os cobertores e endredons são muito quentinhos,me fazendo até comprar um igual,cozinha com todos os adereços necessários pra se fazer um bom almoço.
Talvez alguns aquecedores nos dois quartos,e um segundo banheiro,talvez no piso superior.

Acomodação limpa e organizada, localização excelente, estacionamento próximo e anfitrião prestativo.
Havia somente 1 banheiro e ficava na parte de baixo, gera dificuldades para quem tem criança. Fora isso, estava tudo muito bom.
