Beautiful mountain location at the bottom of the telegenic cable car. Also easily accessed by the road. Big spacious clean room on the top floor. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Restaurant right next door provided ample delicious food with friendly service.

Balea Teleferic is in a wonderful location at the foot of Balea Cascada (waterfall). With beautiful scenery of the mountains and waterfall, the hotel is clean, modern and comfortable with large bathroom and a good bed. The staff were helpful. You can catch the teleferic outside the hotel to Balea Lac (Lake) on the Transfagarasen Highway. The walk up to the waterfall is not for the faint-hearted.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses et très jolies. Il y avait suffisamment de rangements. Le responsable de l'accueil est très sympathique et très réactif. Il a résolu un problème très rapidement.

Really nice location and the room was neat and clean
The room had no air conditioner and we try to open the window. There was a huge grill horn right outside and the smell was really unpleasant.
