Apartment no5 Szlak street

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación -muy céntrica -, la tranquilidad -de noche está todo en silencio y se duerme de lujo-, la decoración del apartamento y el espacio. El apartamento está en un bajo, con luz natural y espacios amplios. Es muy seguro: la puerta del portal funciona con código y, una vez dentro, la del apartamento tiene cerrojo por dentro. Hay armarios amplios para guardar la ropa, muchos enchufes, dos estufas. Plancha, secador, lavadora y TV que funciona bien y el barrio, a parte de céntrico, está bien comunicado. Hay tiendas de alimentación básica cerca, restaurantes...

La limpieza era regular, y habían las típicas arañas inofensivas en alguna esquina ( a nosotras no nos importó mucho). La ducha sale o fría o ardiendo, las toallas no sé incluyen y el menaje de cocina es muy básico: una cazuela y una olla, una tostadora y un hervidor de agua.

This apartment is in a perfect location if you rent an apartment because you want to stay longer than a few days and you don't want to spend all your money eating out at restaurants. 20 yards from the building is a Zabka, so you can get a beer any time you feel the urge. The Krakow Galleria is less than a 10 minute walk away, and there are two Carrefour stores there, plus the bus and train station if you want to travel out of Krakow. It's a 10-minute walk to St. Florian's Gate, the entrance to Old Town, and a 6-7 minute walk gets you to Długa St, which is a major streetcar line. The apartment has decent cooking equipment, although it could use a spatula. There's a 4 burner glass top cooking surface and a small refrigerator that works well. The washing machine is adequate, and there is a drying rack. The bathroom is nice, but if you're plus size, the shower will be a tight fit. The beds are in lofts, so if you're tall, you need to be careful that you don't bump your head going up there. I'm 5'5" and I had to crouch. If you're 6', you might not like it that much. There was a new TV in the apartment that had YouTube, Amazon Prime, Max, Disney+, etc, so you can log in using your account. Just be sure you erase your account when you leave. There was a 1000 piece picture puzzle that I did over the time I was there, but it's missing 4 pieces.

The only thing that wasn't great is that there were some spiders in the corners. I don't have a problem with them, but some people might.

La proximité de la gare et du centre-ville

1. Porte extérieure a été dégondée avant notre arrivée sécurité nulle 2. Porte extérieure qui claque sans arrêt jour et nuit et les personnes n’ont aucun respect, bruits etc… lumière qui entre dans les mezzanines et qui nous réveillent 3. Ce ne sont pas des chambres mais bien des mezzanines et difficiles d’accès pour personnes à mobilité réduite car l’accès par les échelles est périlleuse 4. Vasque bouchée 5. Robinet de la cuisine ne tient pas 6. Pas de micro-ondes donc s’il n’est pas prévu d’en rajouter, il faudrait l’enlever de la liste des équipements 7. Ustensiles de cuisine très sommaires 8. Lave linge inutilisable car l’essorage ne fonctionne pas. 8. Certaines prises électriques sont à utiliser avec précaution car elles ne tiennent pas
