El lugar es amplio y agradable.
Uno de los inconvenientes es que es caliente y no hay clima. Otro es que no hay estacionamiento exclusivo te debes estacionar en la calle.

El gas tiene fuga, no funciona boiler y está muy deteriorado y al abrir la regadera sale el agua del baño
