L’emplacement est top, l’appartement est très sympa, bonne literie
Nécessiterait un coup de peinture dans la pièce de vie boiseries et plafond foyer de la cheminée, ou nettoyage approfondi, comme bas de paroi de douche et plinthes…

Emplacement, en plein cœur historique et zone piétonne de Quimper !
L'illustration parfaite de la quête de profit via le logement de tourisme ! Une conciergerie qui semble faire ce qu'elle peut mais cela ne suffit pas à masquer l'arnaque. Ménage pas fait à mon arrivée, j'ai dû appelé plusieurs fois le service client et menacee de quitter les lieux pour voir débarquer comme par magie une équipe de ménage à 19h... Appartement délabré, peintures à refaire, mobilier fatigué, sèche serviette qui tombe du mur, sanibroyeur, isolation phonique inexistante... La totale ! Le livret d'accueil explique qu'il ne faut pas mal noter parce que ça peut nuire aux annonces... (cf photos)! Il est grand temps que ce marché qui nuit aux locaux se remette en question...😂
