The hostess Carla was great and friendly and easy to contact. The location was good near the restaurants, the pools were nice and clean and other residents friendly. Main bedroom the bed was comfortable but need more pillows (soft). The owners replied quickly on booking,com and offered reassurance. lots of room for storage for clothes in main bedroom. near 2 supermarkets, next to a fairground. You are given a large book to explain everything which was usefull. Best part of the apartment they had a firestick so we could watch netflix/disney.

The 2 single beds were so hard it felt like you was sleeping on the floor we did not use them which was not great with 2 toddlers. The sofa was too small for a family of 4 to sit together we ended up sitting separately just to be comfortable. The sofa and cushions did not smell nice we had to use our own blanket and spray with perfume. The balcony did not look like it had been cleaned, could not use the mop/bucket the bucket was broken. There was small buckets to collect the water from air con unit, they filled up within a few hours if you did not empty (out all day) you would come back with a flooded balcony. You have to take your loungers to the pool and bring back up, this was difficult when you have 2 toddlers and 2 buggies. (no water sports on the beach or near a water park, we went with a big group and the teenagers bored after 1st week).

It was exactly as shown, very clean and spacious with lovely balcony overlooking the pools. Air conditioning came in very useful with the temperatures & humidity!

Not much at all

Beautiful apartment, great air con, lovely pools and five minutes walk from the restaurants/10 minutes from the beach.

Nothing

The apartment was exceptionally clean with nearly everything you needed. The quality of the towels, including the beach towels were excellent. Fresh clean bedding, even the balcony was lovely and clean. The AC was fully working as we're the ceiling fans. We have stayed in many apartments in our 20 years of visiting Los Alcazares and puerto Marina complex is far the best, the pools are warm, the surrounding grounds are very well maintained and the all the buildings were being freshly painted. It's close proximity to all the bars and restaurant makes it so convenient. We will definitely look to book this beautiful apartment again.

Unfortunately the beach had no sunbeds or parasols to hire this year, the sun loungers at the apartment were not of a standard we could take instead, as one was badly mis shaped and there was no base for the parasol to use as shade around the pool. I'm unsure if the owners were aware of the beach situation, but given the exceptionally high standard of everything else, I wanted to give feedback on this minor issue so they have a chance to rectify if need be.
