Rabbit Warren Lodge

Nice quiet location, at least at this time of year. Property clean and tidy on our arrival. Obviously recently refurbished with good modern bathroom. At quiet times, small muntjac (?) deer wander around the lodges, which is memorable.

There is wifi on the site, but you need to pay (£23 for a week). I tried to set up an account, but this proved difficult. There is, however, an adequate 5G phone signal on site which I used instead. The area outside the lodge has several near-by glamping cabins and run-down wooden washing and toilet buildings, which detracts from the "ambience" of the site. The statement "the entire place is yours" is a bit misleading as the wooden building shown in the pictures actually has four lodges within it, and the "Private garden" is the square area with the outdoor table and chairs. Your neighbours "garden" is about 15ft away and there are no barriers between them (except your parked cars). There is not a lot of storage space for items like clothing. We were OK as the two of us had three bedrooms to use for storing items! There was nothing that "spoiled" our holiday, just these trivial items.

Beautiful space with plenty of room for everyone. A lovely location to walk down to the beach and easily access other parts of Norfolk.

Loved the lodge, very tidy and well kept. Nice and quiet. Modern and clean.

Bunk beds weren’t comfortable mattresses and there was no oven for us to cook food in.
