The breakfast and host were amazing. She always helped us with everything. The rooms are clean and perfect for a shorter stay.

The streets next to it are pretty dirty a smell, but we know, that that is not something the acommodation can help with.

The location is amazing. Although it isn't right next to Jema El Fena, it is situated within a souk/Medina of its own. Right outside the riad there are plenty of shops, markets and food stalls. You walk around 20-25 minutes through the medina to reach Jema el fena, but it doesn't feel like that much as you're constantly stopping to see what other vendors have along the way. You never have to get onto the main road. Think of it as an extension of the souks at Jema el fena. The highlight of the riad was Nadira's hospitality. She was really kind and really outworked herself. She was the receptionist, cook and cleaner all in one. My wife and I were surprised at how she did all of this.

The room had an awful smell. A musty smell mixed with the smell coming from the toilet. It never went away during our trip, even when we purchased an air freshener. The air conditioner slightly helped. As it is a riad, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything, including the farts of other guests. You won't be able to lie in during the morning due to other guests and the preparation of breakfast. The room was cleaned every other day. It wasn't a huge problem, but after a long day in the souks, that are dirty, you would want a clean room and towels. On the days the room was cleaned, the sheets were not renewed, nor were the towels. That said, you do pay for what you get - it's the cheapest you'll find.
