Sin duda lo mejor del alojamiento es la atención por parte del personal, en este caso, Nadira nos recibió y nos atendió estupendamente, absolutamente de 10.

La habitación que nos tocó no tiene ventilación adecuada, la ventana da al pasillo, si la abres, no tienes privacidad. El baño esta bastante bien pero no desagua correctamente, acumulando olores y humedad. La cama es como un flan, muy blanda y poco cómoda, el descanso se vuelve poco reconfortante.

La semplicità e la comodità ai servizi

La colazione era solo alle 9 e per 2 mattine non ho potuto averla perché dovevo uscire presto per un escursione una mattina e per la partenza in aereo la seconda, anche se mi era stato detto che avrei comunque trovato qualcosa, ed è un peccato perché era una colazione molto buona.

The location is amazing. Although it isn't right next to Jema El Fena, it is situated within a souk/Medina of its own. Right outside the riad there are plenty of shops, markets and food stalls. You walk around 20-25 minutes through the medina to reach Jema el fena, but it doesn't feel like that much as you're constantly stopping to see what other vendors have along the way. You never have to get onto the main road. Think of it as an extension of the souks at Jema el fena. The highlight of the riad was Nadira's hospitality. She was really kind and really outworked herself. She was the receptionist, cook and cleaner all in one. My wife and I were surprised at how she did all of this.

The room had an awful smell. A musty smell mixed with the smell coming from the toilet. It never went away during our trip, even when we purchased an air freshener. The air conditioner slightly helped. As it is a riad, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything, including the farts of other guests. You won't be able to lie in during the morning due to other guests and the preparation of breakfast. The room was cleaned every other day. It wasn't a huge problem, but after a long day in the souks, that are dirty, you would want a clean room and towels. On the days the room was cleaned, the sheets were not renewed, nor were the towels. That said, you do pay for what you get - it's the cheapest you'll find.
