We absolutely loved our stay at the Unique Apartment next to Acropolis and Metro! The unit itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable—we really could not have picked a better area to stay in. Being so close to the Acropolis and the metro made exploring the city effortless. As a bonus, the little cafe right across the road was absolutely perfect for starting our mornings. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens and would definitely stay here again!
However, we were quite let down by the shower during our stay. The shower head was cracked, and it wouldn't stay up in the wall holder. Because it kept falling out, you couldn’t actually stand under it to rinse off and had to hold it with one hand the entire time. It was a pretty frustrating experience, but it's an easy fix that would make the apartment perfect.

The location was perfect as it was walkable to the Acropolis. It allowed us to go back and rest during peak heat hours. We came with our daughter so we travel slow wherever we go. It's also close to restaurants and the metro station. The hosts were also responsive and accommodated us for another day when we had to extend our stay.
The place could use some new utensils as well as an improvement in the bathroom to prevent the water from leaking towards the part where the toilet and sink are. 😊

Location with most tourist attractions within walking distance. Plenty of options for eating out.
Smell, no amount of leaving the windows open or air freshener appeared to help. Either rising damp or poor sewers extending to the building foyer - so a broader issue which made for an extremely uncomfortable stay. Next door neighbour is also a base player, playing most nights from 6-12.
