Tout. Anut est exceptionnelle. Très serviable, parle très bien anglais. Donne de très bon conseil. Nous n’avons pas pu essayer son restaurant qu’elle a dû fermer par manque de client (guerre au Moyen Orient). Le logement est très qualitatif pour le prix et Battambang mérite vraiment d’être visité

Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr herzliche und warmherzige Frau, die versucht, es ihren Gästen so schön wie möglich zu machen. Sie betreibt oben ein Restaurant mit sehr guter (auch vegetarischer !!) Küche am Abend, so dass man nicht weit gehen muss.

Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster, sondern werden über die Air Condition belüftet. Es gibt für je drei Zimmer ein Gemeinschaftsbad und eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Wasserkocher, die täglich gesäubert werden. Das ist sehr okay, aber: Vorsicht vor Mücken!

Fabulous stay at Bar And, highly recommended! The owner Anut is the most fabulous and warm person imaginable, she has so much information and really enhanced our stay in Battambang. She gave us ideas of things to do and showed us around, we felt very well taken care of. Her warm welcome and great sense of humor really made staying at Bar Ang a top choice. We were there for 9 nights (!), for a volunteer project in Battambang and the location was very convenient for that. It is also close to the circus (several shows a week, definitely go if you have time). Anut has created a beautiful garden to sit in for the guests and we were also allowed to sit upstairs in the restaurant - very cool there. In the weekend she organised a wonderful full day tour with Mr Soon, also highly recommended, an interesting and knowledgeable tour guide. There are several small shops and laundry across the road. You can walk into the town center but also take a tuktuk for only USD1. The toilets and shower were cleaned every day, excellent. We chose the room at the front which is very spacious but slightly more noise from the street, for us this was fine. The owner warned us in advance about this, so no issues there. Dear Anut thank you for the wonderful stay, we miss you and Cambodia a lot!

During our stay Anut could not cook, but we heard she is a great cook, so we hope to try that out next time we visit! Her restaurant was rated nr1 on trip advisor!

Das Zimmer hatte keine Dusche und keine Fenster. Sehr schlechte Belüftung.
