About this space
This colourful home is wonderfully restored offering rustic charm with modern comforts. It is nestled among the towns rich history and provides 360 views of the cultural heritage. It is just minutes walk to the ocean, historical structures, museums, whale/iceberg tours, beaches, hiking trails, the local brewery, restaurants and much more. Truly, a fulfilling retreat for your next excursion around the bay !
The space
One Path End Vacation Home is situated in the heart of town on the North side of Twillingate Harbour. It is deep rooted in a quaint outport neighbourhood with vibrant culture, local art/history and local cuisine.
The two-story home has 1200 square feet of inviting living space complete with natural warm wood and earth elements offering a charming cottage ambiance. Large windows capture the natural light and ocean breezes. The living room, kitchen/dining room and bedrooms have remote controlled window blinds.
There are three bedrooms located on the second floor. Each bedroom includes custom built birch furniture, vaulted ceilings and harbour views. Upon request, the king bed can separate for two twin XLs.
The open concept kitchen/dining area is spacious and well equipped with new appliances and dishes. The dining room table comfortably seats 8-10 people offering an ideal space to dine with a group.
The living room includes an oversized couch and a large screen tv, a space to kick back and relax. The room doors add privacy for movie nights or for a quiet space to retreat on the main floor.
The upscale bathrooms feature heated tile flooring and walk in showers. Soak in the second floor bath tub with the picturesque views of sunsets behind the historical church.
Guests can enjoy any one of the three decks, whether backyard grilling or relaxing in the front porch rocking chairs. The top deck offers a tranquil space with harbour views and refreshing ocean breezes.
The home is sheltered by mature gardens and a privacy fence extending along the back deck and backyard perimeter.
An exterior wooden ramp leads to the back deck and back entrance.
There is parking for 4-5 vehicles and guests can load/offload at the ramp.
The home has a Level 2 EV charger ensuring a worry -free charging for electric vehicle owners during their stay.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire interior/exterior house, the EV charger, the parking lot and gardens.

The living room fireplace is not functional and cannot be used during guests stay.

This is an amazing house, very clean, and beautifully decorated; the kitchen and bathrooms are outfitted with modern fixtures and appliances, yet the overall feel of the place is homey and comfortable. We loved it!

This was one of the most beautiful homes I have been in. It is so perfectly decorated and so comfortable. Tina thought of every detail. There was truly nothing we needed that she had not already considered… and then some. She is an expert host. It is a big place that can sleep 6 but was not too big for just me and my husband. We felt very comfortable and at home there. Tina was such a pleasure to communicate with and was super helpful, with speedy responses to any questions we had. The location was perfect. I would go back there in a heartbeat. If this place is available, snatch it up!

What an exceptional home! We are two newly retired couples who travelled to Newfoundland in late April. Everything about this home was fantastic - beautifully decorated and welcoming - we wish we could have stayed longer!
