About this house rental
Welcome to our newly remodeled canal front home located in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina- just minutes from North Topsail Beach and Camp Lejeune. This property features a private dock in the backyard which is perfect for guests wanting to bring their own boat or rent one nearby during their stay. The deep water canal provides convenient access to the Intracoastal Waterway and New River Inlet.
Inside this home you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with their own adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a queen bed with a pull-out trundle bed, and a futon couch that transforms into a bed. Each bedroom has a closet, a dresser, and a television.
The living room provides plenty of space to relax after a long day out on the water, with sofas to accommodate the entire crew and an entertainment center with a large television and games. In the living room you’ll also find a futon couch that transforms into another bed.
The kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and all of the basic cooking equipment needed to make a delicious meal. Off the kitchen is an island with barstool seating, as well as a dining table and chairs. On the back deck overlooking the water, you’ll find glider chairs and a picnic table with a pop up umbrella. Outside we have also included a griddle cooktop and cornhole boards as added amenities for our guests to enjoy.
This home is equipped with Wi-Fi and all of the televisions in the house have a connected ROKU. There is a full-size washer and dryer along with an additional toilet and sink in this area. Off from the laundry room is a spacious garage; the driveway of the home provides parking for additional vehicles. There is a designated boat trailer parking space also available in the yard.
This property is located only 2 miles from a free public boat ramp (to launch your boat) and only 6 miles from a public beach access!

When we arrived, we were first impressed that we could fit two trucks/trailers with boats in the driveway! This almost never happens for us. The house was immaculately cleaned and very tidy. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The boat dock will only fit one boat but we were able to put one boat at the dock, and tie the other boat down in line and that worked well for us. Overall, great location, great atmosphere, and would highly recommend this to anyone checking out the area! The host was super communicative and helpful
