About this villa rental
Drenched in tranquility, this modern 4-bedroom villa is in Katel Stari, Dalmatia, just 100 m from the sea. It has a private swimming pool with a decked sun terrace and sun shower to rejuvenate. The villa is ideal for a large family of 8 members or two smaller families traveling together. Just a few steps from your villa there is a beautiful pebble beach as well as shops, restaurants, coffee bars, fresh market, pharmacy and much more. You will find everything within walking distance. For a day out, go on to discover the historical monuments of the nearby towns of Trogir and Split. You have a spacious living/dining room to enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are air-conditioned while bathrooms have floor heating. Next to the pool is a patio with barbecue facilities to enjoy the evenings. There are 2 bicycles at your disposal as well. Parking is available. The airport is 5 km away.

We had a pleasant stay at this villa, It’s well-equipped and comfortable, making it ideal for our two families traveling together, The air conditioning was much appreciated during the hot days, and the bathrooms were modern with floor heating, The proximity to the beach and local amenities was convenient, Overall, a solid experience without any major complaints
